With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, Chef Amit Thapa brings a deep passion for authentic flavour and refined culinary craft. His journey began in India, where he trained and worked in prestigious hospitality environments, including The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, known for world-class dining and excellence. In 2006, he brought his expertise to Toronto, continuing his commitment to serving memorable Indian cuisine made with tradition, care, and bold flavour.
